Application Requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
Age: 18-35 years old (18-45 years old for the South Korean market).
Education: Minimum requirement of secondary school graduation (Grade 9 or higher).
Physical Requirements:
Male: Height of at least 1.60m, weight of at least 50kg.
Female: Height of at least 1.46m, weight of at least 40kg (For the South Korean market: 1.50m – 45kg or above).
Health Conditions:
Must be in good health, without any physical disabilities or deformities, and capable of normal labor.
Must not have infectious diseases (such as tuberculosis, hepatitis B, etc.) or color blindness.
Additional Requirements:
Depending on the company's job requirements and nature of work, additional conditions may apply.

Income & Benefits
Basic Salary:
The salary depends on the registered job and the work location.
Payment Method:
Wages are paid either hourly or monthly.
Overtime and Night Shift Allowances:
Employees working beyond regular hours or on holidays receive additional compensation:
Overtime: 1.25 times the basic salary
Working on holidays: 1.35 times the basic salary
Night shift (10:00 PM - 5:00 AM): 1.5 times the basic salary
Working Hours:
Working hours are specified in the employment contract, and most companies create annual work schedules. Typically, foreign workers work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and shifts may vary.
Leave:
There are paid leave days as per the contract. Employers cannot unilaterally decide when and how employees take their leave.
Public Holidays:
Workers receive leave on public holidays as per the regulations of the host country.
Social Insurance Participation:
Foreign employees are entitled to social insurance, health insurance, labor safety insurance, and periodic health check-ups as per the law of the host country.
Medical Treatment:
Employees enrolled in health insurance receive medical treatment for illnesses as per health insurance policies. If an employee is injured or falls ill while working, the insurance company covers all medical expenses.
Sick Leave:
If an employee takes leave due to a work-related accident, the salary during the recovery period follows the insurance policy applicable to the employee.
Typical Process
1. Consultation & Initial Screening
Workers provide their information for the company to conduct a preliminary assessment of age, physical appearance, health, education, and work experience.
The company offers free consultation regarding job opportunities, salaries, benefits, and procedures.
2. Health Check-up
Workers undergo medical examinations at certified hospitals to ensure they do not have any conditions that prevent entry into the host country.
3. Training
After passing the initial screening, workers receive language training, job orientation, and skill development as required by the program.
The company provides centralized training, including accommodation and living arrangements for trainees.
4. Skill Test/Interview
Workers may need to take skill tests for certain jobs requiring expertise or experience.
Language proficiency tests may be required for specific programs.
Workers attend direct or online interviews with the receiving company.
5. Visa Application
The company assists workers in preparing documents and applying for a visa for the host country.
6. Ticket Booking & Departure
Once training is completed and the visa is issued, workers proceed with booking flights and preparing for departure.
The company arranges staff to escort and guide workers through airport procedures.
7. Arrival & Post-Arrival Training
Upon arrival, workers are received at the airport, provided accommodation, and assisted with settling into their new environment.
The receiving company provides job-specific training and guidance.
8. Working in the Host Country
The employment period ranges from 5 months to 5 years, depending on the program and contract.
Throughout employment, a support team is available to assist workers with work-related, benefit, and living concerns.
9. Contract Completion
The company or labor union in the host country assists workers with contract completion procedures, insurance settlements, return flights, etc.
